سياسة الخصوصية تطبيق قطعة

تُوضح هذه السياسة كيفية قيام تطبيق ومنصة تطبيق قطعة بجمع، استخدام، تخزين، ومشاركة البيانات الشخصية الخاصة بالمستخدمين، سواءً كانوا متاجر، ورش، أو مزودي خدمة التوصيل.
باستخدامك للمنصة، فإنك توافق على جمع بياناتك واستخدامها وفقًا لما هو موضح في هذه الوثيقة.

المادة (1): نطاق السياسة

تنطبق هذه السياسة على جميع المستخدمين المسجلين والمستفيدين من خدمات تطبيق قطعة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية، وتشمل:

• متاجر قطع الغيار

• الورش وممثليها

• السائقين

• الزوار غير المسجلين الذين يستخدمون المنصة جزئيًا

المادة (2): البيانات التي نقوم بجمعها

1. البيانات الشخصية:

• الاسم الكامل

• رقم الهوية / السجل التجاري

• أرقام التواصل (جوال، بريد إلكتروني)

• العنوان وموقع النشاط

• الحساب البنكي (للمتاجر فقط)

2. بيانات الاستخدام:

• سجل الطلبات والمشتريات

• تقييمات وتعليقات المستخدمين

• أوقات الاستخدام ومواقع الدخول

3. بيانات الموقع الجغرافي:

• لتحديد مكان التوصيل والتقاط الطلبات

• تُجمع بموافقة المستخدم داخل التطبيق

4. بيانات الجهاز:

• نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، عنوان IP، معرف التطبيق (Device ID)

المادة (3): كيفية استخدام البيانات

تُستخدم البيانات التي يتم جمعها للأغراض التالية:

• إنشاء الحساب وتفعيل الخدمات

• تسهيل المعاملات بين الورش والمتاجر

• تتبع الطلبات وتحديد مواقع المستخدمين

• إرسال الإشعارات والتنبيهات المهمة

• تقديم الدعم الفني وتحسين تجربة المستخدم

• إدارة الحسابات المالية والتحصيلات

• تحليل الأداء وتقديم تقارير إحصائية غير شخصية

المادة (4): تخزين البيانات وحمايتها

1. يتم تخزين البيانات على خوادم آمنة تعتمد بروتوكولات تشفير قوية (AES-256 / TLS).

2. الوصول للبيانات محصور بفريق داخلي مختص، ويخضع لنظام تفويض صلاحيات (RBAC).

3. تُجرى مراجعة أمنية دورية على الأنظمة واختبارات كشف الثغرات (Vulnerability Testing).

4. يتم الاحتفاظ بالبيانات لمدة لا تتجاوز 5 سنوات من آخر نشاط، ما لم يتطلب النظام خلاف ذلك.

المادة (5): مشاركة البيانات

لا تُشارك تطبيق قطعة بيانات المستخدمين مع أي طرف ثالث، باستثناء الحالات التالية:

• شركات التوصيل لتنفيذ الخدمة

• الجهات الحكومية المختصة بناءً على أوامر قضائية

• الجهات المالية لتحصيل المدفوعات

• شركاء التقنيات (مثل بوابات الدفع) لأداء الخدمات المطلوبة

ملاحظة: لا يتم مشاركة أو بيع البيانات لأغراض تسويقية خارجية أبدًا.

المادة (6): ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies)

قد يستخدم تطبيق قطعة ملفات تعريف الارتباط لتحسين تجربة التصفح وتحليل سلوك المستخدمين. ويحق للمستخدم رفض استخدامها من خلال إعدادات المتصفح، مع العلم أن ذلك قد يؤثر على أداء بعض الميزات.

المادة (7): حقوق المستخدم

استمرار الاستخدام بعد التحديث يعني القبول التام للسياسة المحدثة.

المادة (9): القانون المطبق والاختصاص القضائي

تخضع سياسة الخصوصية هذه لأنظمة حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية، ويُحال أي نزاع إلى الجهات القضائية المختصة بمدينة جدة.
