Halalji is an online grocery platform that provides a list of supermarkets/ stores / retailers which you can select goods from and order from. Placed orders and contained goods are shopped for through our agents/ partners/ Personal Shoppers who pick your items for you and pack them for delivery to your set location. Or in some cases just prepare the order for pickup.
In order for this process to be completed successfully we share information about you and your order to the parties involved to enable the process. This includes the Personal Shopper(s) who need to know your ordered items so they can pick the items for you. We also share information with the payment gateway partners who need to know your details to process your payment if you are paying by credit card. In other times we would inform our partner retail store agents/employees of your order and details in the event they are logistically involved in preparing your order.
Halalji may also share information when prompted by the user. Examples such as using a loyalty card that has been integrated into our system. Such information will be shared with the retail partner to enable the usage of the loyalty card provided.
