Data Information

The platform will avail the data authorized and voluntarily provided by you as well as the data automatically collected as you use the app.

As a vendor, you will have to provide all the above details alongside the services you are offering, the prices of the services including value added tax and the certifications and licenses.

This enables real-time order tracking and ensures a seamless experience. Rest assured that this information is used exclusively for these purposes and is not shared with external parties.

Camera/Photos:

To enhance your experience, Talabnow requests access to your Camera and Photos for features such as uploading your Profile Picture and adding images to your Cart. We assure you that we only use these permissions for the intended purposes, and your images are handled with the utmost care. We do not store or share your images without your explicit consent.

Precise Location:

For precise delivery and to provide you with nearby store/restaurant suggestions, Talabnow requires access to your location. Enabling location permission ensures accurate delivery and a personalized experience. Your location information is used solely for these purposes and is not shared with third parties.

Notification:

To keep you informed about live order updates and exciting offers, Talabnow requests permission for Notifications. Enabling this permission allows us to send you timely and relevant information. We respect your preferences, and you can manage your notification settings within the app.

Talabnow has safe and secure servers guarded by our IT experts. All the personal data and passwords are secured and ace is only provided to the users once they verify themselves with the pin assigned to them by the platform.

Effective measures will be installed to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of user data and information, in compliance with the Cyber security laws of Saudi Arabia.

Reviews and feedbacks

Platform will be seeking reviews and feedbacks from users as well as vendors regarding the order.
These reviews will be made public by the users as well as the platform only after taking permission from both ends.

The company can alter and remove your posts and reviews anytime without any prior warning.

Talabnow offers its users and vendors as well as third party users to opt out of the promotional and marketing-related stuff anytime they want.

Location

Talabnow Driver app collect location information to locate your location while doing delivery even when the app is closed or not in use.

Delete Account or Data:

Within the TALABNOW application, you have the option to delete your account or data directly. Additionally, if you prefer, you can request data deletion by contacting our admin through the designated 'Contact Us' channel.

Complaints

In case of any complaint or reservation, you can file a proper case at support@talab.com . We will get in touch with you in 24 hours of filing the complaint.
Support will be provided to you in case of the complaint. Decision of the company in case of the complaint will be the final word and you cannot make any compliant against it in any court of law.

Talabnow reserves the sole discretion to make any changes in the privacy policy of the company without providing any notifications to the users and vendors.
